Interviews, trains, and retrains Beverage staff and evaluates their performance during specific intervals. Handles the administration of all beverage facilities. Completes payroll for the beverage employees, maintains data and handles payroll forecasting. Ensures the enforcement of Bally's Atlantic City policy. Maintains all records, reports and critiques concerning beverage services. Takes disciplinary and corrective action on Cocktail Servers when necessary. Meets with the staff on a weekly basis to reiterate policy and evaluate operations. Works with upper management to maximize guest satisfaction and service.

High School diploma or G.E.D. certificate preferred but not required. Knowledge of all beverage service policies and procedures. Good communication skills and the ability to direct and manage people.
