Responsibilities: Conduct Operations Analysis meetings with customer banks Review/Modify Bank Control Records options Write/Verify Integrated General Ledger setup for ancillary products Prepare documentation Provide on-site support and training for Customer banks for the RMS-CVS-Loan Suite of Products-NuPoint Exception Tracking-Internet Banking-Voice Response-Remote Print- Transaction Manager-NuPoint Reporter-EOY applications Keep current on application enhancements on all systems. Knowledge of banking principles. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of RMS-CVS-Internet Banking-Voice Response-Remote Print-Transaction Manager-NuPoint Exceptions Tracking-NuPoint Reporter-EOY, preferred.
