As the Director of Employee Compliance, you will be reporting directly to the Head of Compliance Practices. You will lead a team responsible for providing advice, processes and tools to enable RBC employees to comply with obligations relating to: Licensing & Registrations, Personal Account Dealing (including Private Investment Transactions), Outside Business Activities, Political Contributions, Gifts & Entertainment and Employee Compliance Attestations.
